“It’s easy to judge. It’s more difficult to understand. Understanding requires compassion, patience, and a willingness to believe that good hearts sometimes choose poor methods. Through judging, we separate. Through understanding, we grow.” ~ Doe Zantamata

Deep, Deep Down, Far, Far In
“What you are basically, deep, deep down, far, far in, is simply the fabric and structure of existence itself.” ~ Alan Watts
Indifference
The opposite of love is not hate, it is apathy.
Control
“Control is really just anxiety. We control something because we want to make sure the bad doesn’t happen. Freedom is letting go of control.” ~ Shawn Mendes
Learned Illusions
Anxiety is a symptom of perceiving the world and our place in it as something they are not, which is a consequence of being disconnected from nature and reality. When we see things as they actually are rather than as our culture and evolution has programmed us to, justification for anxiety dissolves.
You will never die because you were never born, the universe only changes form. Meaning is created internally, not received externally. Life is not serious, but you can be sincere. All is connected, division is nothing more than a concept. When you hate another, you hate yourself. When you love another, you love yourself.
Smoke and Mirrors
“A person who thinks all the time has nothing to think about except thoughts. So he loses touch with reality, and lives in a world of illusions.” ~ Alan Watts

“Hurt people hurt people.” ~ Justin Bieber
