Happiness is a process; it’s not something that can be forced. Like any other organ, the brain can be in good or bad health. You must rebalance the chemistry of your mind. If you desire to increase your ratio of peaks to troughs, then put in the effort. Be healthy, exercise your body and your mind, behave in a way which you respect. If you’re unhappy with your current social scene, then get out and meet like-minded people.
